Why this order

Order matters more than people expect. Starting with an app on a child's phone is the hardest, most contested place to begin. The checklist starts at the router instead, where about fifteen minutes covers every device in the house at once, then works inward: devices, consoles, the physical spaces, and the family agreement last.

It is the same method used in the workshops and the Family Setup, written out in full. If you work through it and never need to hear from us again, it has done its job.

The tools it uses are built into devices you already own, and they work much the same in every country. There is nothing to buy, here or later.
